We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect, right next to the golf course and with a bus stop right out the front. It was also convenient to get to Creswick township. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a terrace with a lovely view. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a washing machine and dryer.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Harvest Restaurant, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel. It is near to the airport. An excellent place for exploring Creswick. Located within a walk to Okeefes Dam, which is about 600 feet away.

As we stayed in the Garden apartments, we enjoyed the fact that we were able to use all the facilites at the hotel complex. It is nice to stay in a setting where you don't have to drive anywhere as everything is available within the complex, from your excellent day spa, restaurants & golfing, which gives guest an oportunity to completely relax!!!

The villa-style accommodations were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms in the bedrooms were a welcome surprise. Additionally, the property is located in a convenient central point for exploring nearby attractions.
The lack of a nearby swimming pool was disappointing, and the unreliable guest Wi-Fi detracted from the experience. Additionally, the need to drive into town for supplies proved to be an inconvenience.

Beautiful location, close to Creswick town. Great house - liked the baths in the rooms. Good to be in walking distance of restaurants and near beautiful walks. People at reception very welcoming.
House not as clean as it could be. Food in restaurant over priced, poor service.

Wonderful accommodation, fantastic facilities, spacious layout, great kitchen and bathroom, safe and secluded location.
Can't fault anything about it.

We really liked the spaciousness of the 2 bedroom apartments for our small family.
The sounds from the downstairs living areas carries to the bedrooms unpstairs making it very hard for children to sleep and adults to stay up late into the night. There was some confusion from the staff about the avialability of Austar/Foxtel sports in the apartments, some said yes and some said no but there was no follow up. The service was not very good as requests were not followed through. The restaurant menu could have been more "adolescent" friendly. There were no intructions on how to use the heating.

During my stay , there is no room service included . Ie no changing of bath towel everyday. The room was not prepared properly when we check in, the dining area lamp is not working. One of the living room light is spoilt and there is no extra portable heater available which appear to me that my apartment is the only apartment that do not have a portable heater. Despite the unpleasant , overall it is is a fairly well maintain apartment.

Loved the luxurious feel of the room, with comfortable bedding, lovely carpets, and a warm fireplace. The TV in the bathroom was a great bonus. The location was ideal for a romantic escape, with plenty of nature to explore nearby. The staff were friendly and offered great recommendations for local restaurants.
The water pressure in the shower was extremely low, making it difficult to rinse off. The kitchen was not as well-stocked as we had hoped, and we ran out of detergent after a few days.

The accomodation is very good but a car is required. An ideal stop off if people visit Ballarat and are starting or completing the Victoria loop drive or wish to use the are to explore.
